It has been an incredible experience. They gave us a free upgrade to a suite. The attention to detail, the room was spectacular. Activities like kayaking and the staff's attention, especially Liam's. It is very relaxing. Perfect!

Excellent boat, medium-high quality to be able to enjoy the wonder that is the destination. A high percentage of us were Spanish on it and the meals were perfectly designed for all tastes. The food is very good. The extra drinks are not expensive at all. Free Wi-Fi but very little connection. Beautiful rooms. Very good staff, professional and excellent service. The cool activity is the kayak, the others are more like filler, but deep down you don't come for that. But rather to see Halong. Always very punctual. Good organization

Wonderful experience. The food was exceptional. All the staff is attentive to anything you need. We loved the rooms and the interior of the boat. It was not crowded at all and Lan Ha Bay has beautiful landscapes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one day and night cruise on Indochrine Premium Cruise. The boat is stunning and beautifully decorated to create a comfortable and lavish ambiance amongst the beauty of the bay, which is breathtaking. The staff were excellent, especially Nam, who was informative and very helpful. Everything was organised perfectly! We enjoyed the trips and activities, however it would have been good to go further into the bay as you can still see land. Nevertheless it was a magical experience and highly recommend.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The activities were great, the staff was attentive, the meals were exceptionally good, and the room was very clean, calming, and comfortable. I have only positive things to say about this cruise. Thank you for everything.

My wife and I booked a cruise through our Vietnamese Travel agent, Asiatica Travel (who were fantastic!) and we are so pleased that they booked us onto the Indochine Premium cruise. The boat is simply stunning; beautifully decorated and appointed, with a lovely sundeck, beautiful bedrooms (we were in a suite, which was gorgeous) and wonderful staff.

Unfortunately, I suffered an injury on day one (which was entirely my fault) which necessitated me being disembarked by speedboat and taken to a nearby hospital, where I was kept in overnight. So unfortunately, I could not get to enjoy the full cruise experience, but despite this, I only have positive things to say about the company.

Very shortly after suffering my accident/injury, they made the arrangements to get me to shore and hospital, and I was accompanied by at least three staff, and was then met at the hospital by the cruise manager, a lovely man called David, who could not do enough to assist my wife and I. He helped us translate, helped with all the necessary hospital paperwork, and even went to get my wife some food as we had not eaten dinner on the boat at the time of my accident.

He really did go above and beyond, and even returned the following morning to bring my wife breakfast and to arrange for her to go back to the boat to collect our luggage, which we'd had to abandon during the emergency disembarkation. He even arranged a taxi to take us to a hotel and came with us to help us check in and ensure we had everything we need. He was an absolute star, and is a real credit to the company.

You can often tell how good a company is by how they respond to a crisis, and I can honestly say that Indochine could not have done any more for us, their service and attentiveness and kindness cannot be overstated.

I hope to return one day to be able to complete the cruise, as it is a beautiful boat and I'm disappointed I did not get the opportunity to enjoy it fully.

Top-notch organization, on time, very nice activities (cooking class, squid fishing, kayaking, cave visit, tai chi). The staff was very friendly. The cabins were beautifully decorated, and the meals (buffet, dinner, next morning's breakfast) were of high quality. We were celebrating a birthday in our family a few days after this cruise: a cake and a bouquet of flowers were offered to us. Quality cruise.

I recently experienced a cruise with Indochine in Ha Long Bay, and overall it was a memorable trip in one of the most stunning destinations in Vietnam. The scenery in Ha Long Bay is absolutely breathtaking: waking up surrounded by limestone karsts and calm emerald waters was unforgettable. The ship itself is elegant and comfortable, with well-designed cabins and lovely common areas that make it easy to relax and take in the views. The itinerary was enjoyable, with activities like kayaking and excursions that allowed us to explore the bay more closely. The onboard atmosphere was peaceful, and many of the staff members were kind and welcoming throughout the journey. Best for foodies and those looking to take it slow on the 2 night cruise. There are 30 plus cabins as well making it a very good size for those looking for attentive service.

A really well organised overnight trip that did exactly what it said it would. Loved the boat, very comfortable with some excellent excursions. The food was superb particularly the evening meal. All the crew were super helpful and friendly. Slept really well on the massive bed. Would highly recommend

Spectacular cruise, awesome. Spacious, super luxurious cabins, just like the whole cruise. A luxurious experience. With pool, the spectacularly decorated rooms, the truth that far exceeded my expectations.

What a fantastic time we had aboard Indochine Cruise. The family suite that we had booked was unfortunately not available - but we got upgraded to the Presidential Suite. It had such a nice view, and made our journey impeccable. The service we got made us feel like royalty. A special shout out to Huy, Tung, and Hiéu. They even took particular attention to our preference sheets, and we got freshly cut mangoes ready at our table every morning.
The excursions were fun, and I wished we had an extra day to just relax on the boat.
I would definitely recommend the 2 nights 3 day cruise.

We were considering another company while back home in Ireland but a friend who is travelling next year had a recommendation for Indochine.
Our experience with this company has been excellent from the information being passed on to us all along the process to the two workers who waited at our accommodation when we got back with a little present to boot!!
The staff were excellent and so friendly. We had an amazing time while with the cruise. From Kayaking to climbing we had a ball.
Food was absolutely amazing and the the boat we were on was excellent.
We were upgraded to a room that was unbelievable and we will cherish our time spent in Hanlong Bay.

First visit to Halong Bay. The Indochine Premium Cruise is fabulous. I genuinely could not suggest a way this cruise could be improved: the boat is beautiful, the staff and food were outstanding and the excursions were very well organised and engaging. Fabulous all the way. Special mention for Khanh who was helpful, friendly and kind throughout the trip. A side point… my phone kayaking. The staff went on RED ALERT checked CCTV and traced it on the jetty for me! Refused a reward. Amazingly kind.

My group of 6 had a wonderful 1-night stay (March 2-3, 2026) on the Indochine Grand. The cruise is pretty new, clean, elegantly decorated, and absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious, with dinner being a standout.
The service was simply flawless. The staff was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive to every single detail. A special and huge thank you to Ms. My (Operation Manager), Mr. Huy (Cruise Manager), and Mr. Thuc (Cruise Tour Guide). Your friendliness and dedication made us feel incredibly comfortable and warmly welcomed. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our cruise. The ship was well maintained, with lots of seating on deck, even though the ship was full. There were a couple of excursions both well organised and interesting. The food was good, tasty cocktails and a fun cooking demonstration in the evening before dinner. Most of the crew were friendly and helpful, the only slight negative was the cruise director seemed a bit grumpy and wanted everyone to sit in certain seats on arrival with no explanation of why and treated everyone as if they were on a Butlins holiday.

If you are looking to visit Halong Bay , look no further than Indochine Premium. Excellent facilities, well organized team and efficiency and above all safety during the whole cruise. They ensure safe transit from the main ship to smaller boats for the duration of the tour to the various local tour spots. Room was spectacular and views of Halong Bay breathtaking, especially at sunset from the top deck. Welcome lunch was delicious and the 5 course dinner wonderful. Breakfast buffet was brilliant. Restaurant area provides great views of Halong Bay. Whole team was friendly and accommodating. Small touches like welcome towels and drinks after each transfer were very nice. A special mention to the Manager, Dai, a true gentleman with great sense of humour and class, made it a fantastic experience. We loved our stay and only wish it were longer! We had a really lovely experience on the Indochine Grand Cruise. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one was definitely worth the effort. A big thank you to Liam, whose customer service was honestly exceptional. He gave us a clear run-through of the day and all the activities, so we knew exactly what to expect and everything felt very smooth and well organised. The cruise operator was also very accommodating with our food preferences, which we really appreciated. The ship itself was beautiful – tastefully decorated with a stunning interior – and the food was delicious. The whole crew were warm, friendly and made us feel very welcome. A special mention to Ha and Mai as well, who came to our hotel afterwards to give us a thank-you gift - such a personal and thoughtful gesture, and it really stood out. Overall, a great experience and one we’d happily recommend!

xcellent time on Indochine, Y was great and very entertaining! Also Tom Cruise was funny and worked hard to make sure we were all happy. All staff were fabulous, especially the kitchen staff, dinner was excellent!

Was a very nice trip on the boat. Great rooms and good food. The service from Jane was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!
